After a long walk yesterday, we had a bit
of a rest today, only walking as far as Arcadia and back this morning. It is
pretty warm here today and not real conducive to spending hours out in the sun.
Deb from Jo -De 7 had suggested we have a
communal roast dinner tonight at the marina, so most of the afternoon was spent
preparing and cooking food. Cooking duties were allocated to each boat, and everyone produced an outstanding meal. Carole even baked a slice for dessert.
We borrowed some furniture from the deck
outside the main restaurant at Peppers and set up our dining table on the
marina leg between J0-De 7 and Mica.
Table setting between our boats
Jo-De 7's stern makes an excellent serving platform
There was far too much food but it was
excellent. A good evening was had by all.
